In applying for and receiving food from the Verona Community Food Pantry, you must verify that:
— You are the only person in your household (at your address) who has applied for Food Pantry assistance.
— You have provided true and correct information about your income and the incomes of the people living with you.
— You understand that you can only receive USDA food one time per month.
